Andrea Bowen (born Andrea Bowen) is an American actor. Her acting career began with Broadway musicals Les Miserables and The Sound of Music. She played the role Julie Mayer, an ABC comedy-drama program called Desperate Housewives. Julie Alexandra Mayer, the oldest child from Susan Delfino & Karl Mayer. Julie was Susan's ideal child as a young woman. She cooked, was responsible for the laundry and offered dating advice.
